Prior to this, Sylvia functioned as a contract conveyancer at Allam Property Group in Penrith, where she expertly managed approximately 100 residential conveyancing sale files, including house and land packages, medium density developments, and off-the-plan sales projects.
Her tenure as a Senior Property Conveyancer at City Legal Solicitors was marked by her responsibility for the firm's comprehensive range of property transactions. This encompassed residential, commercial, retail, and industrial transfers, off-the-plan deals, and various leasing matters. Sylvia's ability to build and maintain strong client relationships has been pivotal in achieving repeat business and referrals from key industry sectors.
Earlier in her career, Sylvia led the property department at ES Lawyers, overseeing similar responsibilities, and began her journey in property law as a Junior Property Conveyancer at Galluzzo Golotta Andriano Simone Solicitors in Fairfield.
