Douja is recognised for her expertise in dealing with cross-border mediation, particularly in cases of relocation disputes and child abduction. Her role extends to mediation at the Franchising Mediation Adviser, the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman, and the Horticulture Mediation Adviser, demonstrating her vast experience in various sectors.
