Ryan Clarke leads Invest Conveyancing as its Director, bringing over 15 years of robust experience in the conveyancing industry. His career path has been marked by his commitment to enhancing the efficiency of property transactions, drawing from a wealth of knowledge gained from working at a major conveyancing firm where he rose to a senior position. Ryan managed extensive portfolios and streamlined operations, ensuring exceptional client service throughout the conveyancing process. His expertise was further honed during five years with Property Exchange Australia (PEXA), where he played a crucial role in the implementation of e-conveyancing. As a PEXA Partner and Direct Specialist, he was instrumental in training conveyancers and lawyers on digital transaction methodologies, significantly improving industry standards. This contribution was recognised in 2017 when he received the Bruce Thurston Award from the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA for his outstanding impact in advancing e-conveyancing competency. In addition to his role at PEXA, Ryan served as an Account Executive at Realtime Conveyancer, where he educated the industry on innovative cloud-based solutions tailored for conveyancers. Since acquiring Invest Conveyancing in 2023, he has been at the forefront of modernising the business with streamlined processes. Ryan began his conveyancing journey with C&R Conveyancing, where he spent six fruitful years acquiring foundational skills that have served him throughout his career.
