Michael Beverley is the co-founder and Managing Director of IP Wealth, a firm he established in 2004 to provide Australian businesses with strategic brand protection. With over 25 years of experience, Michael has built a reputation for helping Australian brands succeed internationally. From new enterprises embarking on their global journey to established companies defending their market positions, he knows how to transform local brands into globally protected assets. Known for his expertise in Trade Marks, he's often sought by other law firms for his insights. Michael dedicates much of his time to mentoring and software development, ensuring his expertise benefits every client and keeps the firm at the forefront of the industry. As Managing Partner, Michael has revolutionised intellectual property practice, blending business acumen with innovation to deliver effective solutions. Michael has led his team in delivering over 3,000 Trade Mark search and filing strategy reports across more than 67 countries, continually redefining the landscape of intellectual property protection. In addition to his role at IP Wealth, Michael is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organisation and its Queensland branch, further demonstrating his commitment to business leadership and innovation. He founded ChironBlue Pty Ltd and previously held positions with TEC 43 (The Executive Connection) and IP Force Holdings Pty Ltd. Michael's education from Griffith University and The Southport School laid the foundation for his distinguished career in intellectual property law.
