Anthony Aristei

Anthony J Aristei, known as Tony, serves as the Principal at Irwin Legal. He was admitted to practice law in Western Australia in 1985 and became an independent barrister in 1996. With over 30 years of legal experience, Tony has provided advice and representation in more than a thousand cases, acting as counsel in numerous high-profile or reported cases documented in Western Australian Law Reports, State Reports, and various Federal Reports. Tony's contributions extend beyond courtrooms; he is an accomplished legal writer. He was the founding author of the popular Nutshell text on real property law and published the first and second editions of an annotated commentary on retail shops legislation in Western Australia.
