Prof Dr Gerhard Janssen is the founding Director of Janssen + Maluga Legal, bringing a wealth of experience and dual admission to the Bar in Germany as a Rechtsanwalt and in Western Australia as a Solicitor. Gerhard's notable academic roles include serving as Honorary Professor at the University of Paderborn and Adjunct Professor for International Media Law at Murdoch University. An accredited lawyer in German criminal law, he has amassed over two decades of experience in advising and litigating complex corporate and criminal matters, particularly in capital markets, tax law, and white-collar crime.
