Peter Cash

Peter Cash is a director at Norton Rose Fulbright and leads the firm’s Melbourne office. He practises in commercial dispute resolution, drawing on extensive experience that spans superannuation litigation, partnership and joint venture matters, product liability claims, competition law issues, contracts, corporate governance, banking disputes, and fraud investigations. Peter represents clients in complex litigation before the Supreme and Federal Courts, as well as in international arbitrations based in Australia and overseas. He also regularly acts for clients responding to inquiries and enforcement actions by regulatory bodies such as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). His client base includes a diverse range of industries, including mining, financial services, automotive manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
