About Jason
Jason Francis is the Principal Lawyer and Founder of our firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology in Sydney and is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of NSW. Jason possesses broad and substantial experience across all levels of the New South Wales court system, as well as proceedings in the New South Wales Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Before embarking on his legal career, Jason spent over two decades in the electrical supply and contracting industries, working as a high-voltage protection technician and residential construction contractor. His unique expertise extends to his time with the Department of Justice prior to practising law with Walter Madden Jenkins Solicitors. Jason's early legal career was marked by involvement in high-profile criminal and coronial cases. His representation of police officers in civil proceedings within the District and Supreme Courts, particularly concerning work-related injuries, further honed his legal acumen. He subsequently transitioned into commercial litigation roles, merging his extensive business and construction knowledge with his passion for law. With significant experience in small business management and the construction sector, Jason offers a holistic approach to commercial and construction law litigation.
