Lawyer | Certified Practising Valuer | Associate Buyers Agent Jaxon Hunter Legal
Aaron Day is a property lawyer with Jaxon Hunter Legal, providing conveyancing and property-related legal services for buyers, sellers and investors across New South Wales. His work focuses on delivering clear, commercially practical advice from contract stage through to settlement, with a strong emphasis on due diligence, risk management and protecting clients throughout the transaction. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business (Southern Cross University, 2004) and began his career in corporate strategy before moving into law. He completed a Bachelor of Laws (Griffith University, 2014) and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (2015), and has since practised as a solicitor across NSW, Queensland, and Victoria, with a focus on property and commercial law. His legal work includes contract review, conveyancing, advisory services, and property-related documentation for both individual and corporate clients. What sets Aaron apart is his broader property skillset alongside legal practice. He completed a Graduate Diploma of Valuation and Property Development (Bond University) and became a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) in 2024. His valuation experience spans residential, commercial and industrial property, including assessments for accounting, insurance and advisory purposes. In addition, Aaron is a Director of a licensed buyers’ agency, meaning he understands the transaction from every angle - legal, valuation and negotiation. For conveyancing clients, this translates into sharper risk identification, stronger commercial guidance, and the ability to sense-check pricing and deal terms in a way most lawyers simply can’t. Aaron’s approach is simple: make the process smooth, reduce risk, and help clients proceed with confidence.
