Raymond Byrne, a Senior Associate at the firm, is a dedicated legal professional committed to achieving the best outcomes for his clients. Holding a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Sydney and a Master’s Degree in Applied Family Law from the College of Law, he has further honed his skills with a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, completed with Distinction. Admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia in July 2012, Raymond is an active member of the Law Society of NSW and the Family Law section of the Law Council of Australia. Raymond's legal journey began in Queensland before relocating to Sydney to enhance the firm's presence and oversee the national Family Law team. His legal acumen is complemented by over 30 years of business and customer service experience, which equips him to navigate complex and unpredictable legal situations adeptly. An advocate for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Raymond strives for amicable settlements in Family Law matters, always endeavouring to achieve justice for his clients. With a robust background that includes clerking for a Barrister during his studies, Raymond is well-prepared to shepherd his clients through the intricacies of the legal process.
