Marcus Malseed

Marcus Malseed is the Principal Solicitor at the firm, bringing a comprehensive background in commercial and property law. Raised on a farm near Warrnambool, Marcus combines practical understanding with academic rigour, holding Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of commercial and property transactions and manages related litigation matters. Beyond his legal practice, Marcus has contributed to legal education by preparing course materials and lecturing in business law at Deakin University. His areas of practice include commercial law, property law, as well as wills and succession planning.
