Jae Park is a founding partner of our firm, offering a wealth of experience to clients from a variety of backgrounds. With a focus on Commercial, Property, and Employment Law, Jae has supported countless individuals and businesses, skillfully navigating complex legal landscapes. As the Principal Lawyer at JHP Lawyers since November 2022, Jae practices with proficiency in Commercial, Business, Employment, and Property Law from our Sydney office. Before establishing JHP Lawyers, Jae served as General Manager and Legal Counsel for Iffice Pty Ltd, a national cleaning service provider that caters to luxury retail establishments. In this capacity, he gained invaluable experience handling legal affairs in a corporate setting for over 13 years. His previous role as a lawyer at Sejong Legal further honed his expertise, providing legal representation and advice for various clients in Sydney. Jae's career began with a paralegal position at Emanuel Solicitors in Canberra, where he developed a foundational understanding of legal processes. His early professional journey also includes an internship with the East Asia Institute in Seoul and a stint as a Parliamentary Assistant for the National Assembly of The Republic of Korea. Additionally, Jae contributed as a Research Intern at the United Nations Association of Australia in Brisbane. Academically, Jae earned his Juris Doctor from The Australian National University, followed by a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia. An Exchange Program at The University of Edinburgh enriched his perspective on International Relations, complementing his Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a focus on International Relations and Chinese from The University of Queensland. Jae's educational and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to excellence in legal practice, making him a trusted advisor and formidable advocate for his clients.
