His career also includes consulting roles at esteemed companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Kronos, ING DIRECT Australia, and Lloyds International, where he specialised in recruitment and resourcing across diverse sectors. Aman began his career as a Recruitment Consultant with Michael Page, gaining foundational experience that has informed his strategic approach to staffing solutions.
