Lachlan Gibson

Lachlan Gibson is a solicitor who joined JMR Lawyers as a paralegal in September 2024, bringing with him experience across family and criminal law. He graduated from Griffith University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws and completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2024. Lachlan’s legal journey is complemented by a broad range of experiences in various industries, including earthmoving and seafood, lending him a well-rounded perspective in his legal work. His strong interest in family and criminal law informs his commitment to supporting clients through complex legal matters. Beyond his legal career, Lachlan is a registered beekeeper and actively participates in bee rescue efforts alongside a local organisation. He is also musically engaged, performing with the UQ Big Band and other musical projects. Lachlan values balance in life, enjoying time with friends and family while pursuing diverse hobbies that foster personal growth and new skills.
