Jemma Boschetti

Jemma Boschetti is a dedicated lawyer who commenced her legal journey with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Monash University. Since joining the firm in March 2020, she has contributed significantly through her expertise in criminal defence work and trial preparation. Jemma collaborates closely with Bernadette to meticulously prepare mediation and litigation documents. She is adept at managing the discovery process and skilfully analyses both financial and parenting documents, including those obtained through subpoenas. Her role also involves effective communication with clients, expert witnesses, and the courts. Her calm and methodical approach, coupled with strong technical legal skills, makes Jemma an exceptional instructing solicitor.
