Alexandra Hale

Alexandra Hale has been at the forefront of Johnstone & Reimer Lawyers since 2017 as Owner and Director, leading the firm to great success. Under her guidance, the firm has expanded significantly, employing over 50 staff and serving areas including Lilydale, Berwick, and Reservoir. Her dedication to family law led her to establish and drive the firm’s family law team in 2016. In this role, Alexandra mentors a dynamic group, offering compassionate and solution-focused legal support across all family law areas, including complex parenting issues, property matters, and family violence intervention orders. Her expertise was formally recognised in 2023 when she achieved accreditation as a Family Law specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria. Furthermore, she contributes to Victoria Legal Aid’s Family Law Panel, extending high-quality assistance to vulnerable community members. Alexandra is committed to continual growth, participating in ongoing professional training to ensure her clients receive the most current and tailored legal advice. She balances her professional life with personal interests, enjoying family time, skating, and actively participating in her Lilydale community through school fundraisers and local events. Before her current role, Alexandra built her experience at Fraser Barrett Baird and Robinson Gill Lawyers, after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws/Arts from La Trobe University in 2014.
