He has advised individuals, families, businesses, and major corporations on a wide range of Australian migration matters, both domestically and internationally. Joseph is recognised for his extensive experience in complex migration matters and his practical, considered approach to providing legal advice. His practice covers visa applications, citizenship applications, visa refusals and cancellations, and representation in Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and Federal Court matters. Having worked with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds throughout his career, Joseph speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, and other Chinese dialects. His multilingual capabilities allow him to communicate directly and effectively with many of his clients and to provide advice with a strong understanding of their individual circumstances and cultural backgrounds. Joseph is a member of the Queensland Law Society and a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries. He also serves as a Committee Member and Admissions Officer of the Society of Notaries in Queensland. Born in Sarawak, Joseph received his tertiary education at the University of Victoria in Canada. He subsequently studied Law at the University of Kent at Canterbury in England and Bond University in Australia.
