Cassandra Joss

Cassandra Joss is the Legal Practice Director at Joss Legal, where she is committed to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. She adopts a client-focused approach, demonstrating care and compassion in all her interactions. Cassandra has represented clients across various courts, including the Family Court of Western Australia, the Magistrates Court, the District Court, the Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, and the Children’s Court. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Murdoch University and is currently pursuing a Masters in Family Law at the same institution, where she is completing her research thesis. Before founding Joss Legal, Cassandra gained experience at a leading family law firm, handling complex property and parenting matters. Her background in general practice also provides her with broad legal knowledge across multiple areas. In addition to her legal career, Cassandra is actively engaged in her community and volunteers as a coach for her local netball club. At Joss Legal, she upholds four key principles: affordability, professionalism, compassion, and operating in accordance with new law.
