Hanming Jiang

As the Legal Practitioner Director of JSY Legal, Hanming Jiang brings a strategic and compassionate approach to the firm’s litigation, criminal, and family law practice. Admitted to practise in 2016 after graduating from the University of Western Australia in 2014, Hanming has developed a broad-based career, appearing in multiple jurisdictions. He is a seasoned trial advocate with experience in the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts, as well as the Family Court, where he adeptly handles complex financial and property matters. Understanding that courtroom appearances can be daunting, Hanming is committed to guiding clients through the legal process with clarity and efficiency, aiming to achieve the best outcomes without undue delay or cost. His philosophy emphasises active listening and constructive engagement to find practical solutions. Hanming also holds a HSK Level 4 certification in Mandarin after further study at TongJi University in Shanghai, enabling him to assist a diverse clientele.
