Michael Kah

Michael brings over 25 years of experience in immigration law, having been recognised by the New South Wales Law Society as an Accredited Specialist in this field since 1998. He holds the position of Associate Fellow of the Migration Institute of Australia and actively contributes to the profession through his roles on the New South Wales Law Society committee for Accredited Specialists in Immigration Law and as Chairman of the Conduct Panel for the Migration Institute of Australia. Additionally, Michael is a member of The Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries. A graduate of the University of Sydney, Michael holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Economics. He has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia since 1988.
