Having grown up in Airlie Beach, Kasey completed her schooling at Proserpine State High School before pursuing her Bachelor of Laws at James Cook University in Townsville. During her university years, she was actively engaged in her community, working as a lifeguard for Surf Lifesaving and as a learn to swim teacher, highlighting her dedication and leadership skills early on. In 2012, Kasey relocated to Emerald, where she quickly became a valued member of the community. Her involvement with various community groups and not-for-profit boards underscores her commitment to serving the region beyond legal matters. As a self-employed counsellor for over 17 years in the Greater Brisbane Area, Kasey has honed her ability to deliver insightful advice and representation across a range of legal issues.
