We only do succession law: Wills, enduring powers of attorney, advance health directives and probate. We do this work every day, and we do it properly. Most people don't need a complicated estate plan. They need a clear one, set up correctly, that their family can follow. Where a testamentary trust Will is the right fit, we'll explain why in plain English. Where it isn't, we won't sell you one. How it works: - A fixed fee, agreed before we start. No hourly billing. - Your first appointment at your home or workplace, at a time that suits you. Many of our clients are small business owners we meet between meetings. - Your documents explained in plain English before anything is signed. We also help executors with probate and estate administration in Queensland. We're an all-women team, and we promise it's easier than you think. Please note: we don't act in estate disputes, contested Wills or family provision claims.
