Misko Vujnovic

Misko Vujnovic holds law degrees from both Bosnia and the University of Melbourne. He began his legal career in former Yugoslavia in 1982 and, following the outbreak of war in 1992, relocated to Australia in 1994 as a refugee. After arriving, Misko completed an Australian Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Melbourne in 1998 to meet local practice requirements. Admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2000, Misko initially worked with Harwood Andrews, focusing on trusts, tax law and superannuation. In 2003, he joined Kelly & Chapman in Bentleigh, becoming the sole principal in 2006. His practice encompasses Wills, Deceased Estates, Business Law, Franchises and Commercial Leases. In recognition of his qualifications and experience, Misko was appointed as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of Victoria in November 2021. He continues to provide comprehensive legal services across business and commercial matters, as well as estate planning and administration.
