Geoff Knox

Geoff Knox has been practising as a solicitor since 1994 and has been a valued member of our Batemans Bay office since 1997. With extensive experience in advocacy, Geoff regularly appears in the Local Court at Batemans Bay and Moruya, as well as in the District Court for both civil and criminal matters across Batemans Bay, Bega, and Nowra. His legal practice covers a broad range of Commercial Law, including the sale and purchase of businesses, drafting leases, and handling both residential and commercial conveyancing transactions. Geoff is also proficient in the preparation of options agreements. In addition to his commercial work, Geoff offers assistance with estate planning, including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships, and the administration of estates. Committed to the local community, Geoff volunteers his time with local sports groups and serves on the South Coast Rugby Union Judiciary, reflecting his dedication both professionally and personally.
