Mark Hagan

Mark Hagan proudly serves as the Principal Solicitor and Director of Kennedy and Cooke, where he has been a vital part of the team since being admitted in 1993. Holding a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, Mark complements his extensive legal knowledge with accreditation as a mediator and conciliator. He is a respected member of the Law Society of NSW and is admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Mark's legal expertise extends across conveyancing, wills and estates, and commercial matters. His litigation experience is robust, having skillfully appeared and instructed barristers in various courts, including the Local, District, and Supreme Courts of NSW, as well as the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia. Outside the courtroom, Mark finds joy in the ocean, indulging in surfing, sailing, and kitesurfing.
