Julian Gyngell is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with over 30 years of practice, primarily focused on clients in IP-rich, creative industry sectors. These include information and communications technology systems, telecoms, web-based applications, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and the entertainment industry. As a principal at Kepdowrie Chambers, Julian leads a team of solicitors, advocates, and mediators, providing tailored legal services and forging rewarding business relationships. Beyond his role at Kepdowrie Chambers, Julian is a founding principal at Adept Trade Group, where he assists overseas enterprises in establishing and expanding their commercial presence in Australia and New Zealand. He is also integral to PrismTen, a company that develops pragmatic, cloud-based methodologies for managing information security, addressing the needs of organisations across government, industry, and the not-for-profit sector.
