Tean Kerr

Tean Kerr is a seasoned litigation lawyer with over 25 years of experience practising in both Canada and Australia. Tean offers clients strategic, commercially informed advice and representation across a wide spectrum of legal matters. Tean’s experience encompasses complex commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, as well as financial services and regulatory investigations. As a long-standing professional member of ARITA, Tean is well regarded in the insolvency and restructuring field. Additionally, Tean acts in select defamation, intellectual property, and criminal law matters, including white-collar crime, corporate misconduct, and related regulatory investigations. Tean was admitted to the Australian legal profession and joined the Law Society of New South Wales in 2004. Earlier, Tean gained admission at the Bar and membership of the Law Society of Alberta, Canada in 1998. A professional member of ARITA since 2016, Tean has been recognised as a “Recommended” lawyer in the Leading Insolvency & Restructuring Lawyers (NSW) category by Doyles Guide in 2019, 2021, and 2022.
