Heather Owens is a dedicated Family Law Solicitor based in the Kingaroy office, bringing over 30 years of experience to her practice. Her career in Family Law began with two decades as a paralegal, followed by her admission as a Solicitor in 2009. Heather's commitment to her clients is evident in her focus on achieving effective results in a cost-efficient manner. Her legal expertise extends beyond family matters to include criminal law, where she is an accredited Duty Lawyer, as well as experience in administrative, civil, and domestic violence cases. Heather’s primary focus is on Family Law, tackling complex issues such as property settlements, parenting matters, mediations, domestic violence, and child protection. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Law from James Cook University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Australian National University.
