Ben Weir

Ben Weir, our Managing Director, brings a rich tapestry of experience and leadership to our firm. An Indigenous man from the Wiradjuri Tribe, Ben has been a local in Campbelltown for over three decades. His deep roots in the community are matched by his commitment to his family, as a husband and father of three. Prior to entering the legal sector, Ben demonstrated his leadership and strategic acumen in the construction industry for over 15 years. This background enables him to effectively implement strategies and achieve organisational goals. Beyond his professional achievements, Ben was among the top 25 players for the West Tigers NRL and contributed greatly to the Combined Countries Aboriginal Knockout Team both as a player and mentor. His role at King Kong Labour Hire, where he has served as Managing Director since 2015, underscores his capacity to helm diverse operations and drive success. Ben’s journey embodies a blend of cultural heritage, sportsmanship, and strategic oversight, making him a pivotal force in navigating client needs and firm objectives.
