Erin's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia, and a Master of Laws with a focus on criminal and health law from the University of Sydney. Her peers have recognised her as a leading figure in criminal law, with accolades spanning from 2018 through 2022 and projected into 2025.
