Claire Eagle serves as a Special Counsel with a distinguished career in employment, workplace, and personal injuries law. Her journey began as a Law Clerk with Tracey Kerrigan in 2001, preceding her official admission in 2002. Since then, Claire has honed her skills across civil litigation and industrial law. Her expertise encompasses litigation, workers compensation, industrial disputes, work health and safety, employment relations, and public liability. Claire's professional experience is marked by her current role at KJK Legal, where she has been a valued counsel since June 2025. Previously, she contributed significantly during her tenure at DBH Lawyers, where she advanced from Senior Associate to Special Counsel over a span of several years. Claire's academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Flinders University, completed in 2002, which laid the foundation for her comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape.
