Carolyn Taylor

Carolyn is a key member of the Property team at KPA Lawyers, bringing a wealth of experience in property transactions and conveyancing. She works closely with clients across sales, purchases and transfers, taking a hands-on role in every stage of a transaction. Her work spans the preparation and review of contracts, the preparation of all documents required for a conveyancing transaction (including duties forms and PEXA lodgements), transmission and survivorship applications, settlement calculations and the completion of settlements in PEXA. Carolyn works closely with banks and brokers to meet special conditions and settlement deadlines, and meets regularly with clients to discuss their needs and talk them through the process. Clients and colleagues value Carolyn’s warmth, dedication and deep understanding of conveyancing. She is focused on making what can be a stressful process less stressful, building trust with each client and protecting their interests to ensure the best possible outcome. Carolyn began her career in the legal industry at 18, working in property law and completed her Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing in 2023.
