Head of Wills and Estate Planning Division. Leon was admitted as a lawyer at 20 years of age. Leon has developed an expertise in Wills and Deceased Estates, Family Law and General Litigation. Originally performing Legal Aid work, Leon is focused on providing practical and cost-effective legal advice. Leon regularly appears in various jurisdictions between both State and Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. At KPA Lawyers, Leon’s primary focus is assisting a range of clients from all backgrounds in all their estate planning needs, from modest straight forward circumstances to medium and high net wealth estate planning. Regularly, Leon’s practice traverses company structures, trusts, various tax implications and international jurisdictional issues. Part of Leon’s estate planning approach is to remain hands on in any in probate, estate administration, trusts and family law aspects that may follow from the above, ensuring continuity for clients and their loved ones.
