Natasha Hawke

Natasha practises across a broad range of estate planning, administration and litigation matters in our Wills & Estates team. Her work includes preparing wills and estate planning documents, advising on estate planning strategies, and assisting clients with probate applications and the administration of estates. She also acts in estate litigation matters and elder abuse matters, helping clients navigate disputes that can be both legally and personally complex. Natasha began her career as a criminal law paralegal while pursuing her undergraduate studies and continued working as a paralegal throughout her postgraduate degree. She was admitted to practice in 2020. Before joining KPA’s Wills & Estates team in 2025, Natasha gained experience in Wills and Estates matters alongside specialist practice in VCAT administrative work and interstate personal injury compensation. Clients and colleagues value Natasha’s compassionate care, attention to detail and steady commitment to her clients’ outcomes. She is dedicated to guiding clients through what are often sensitive matters with clarity, sensitivity and a focus on providing practical, considered advice. Natasha holds a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts (Criminal Justice Administration) from RMIT University.
