About Yuwen (Tony) Huang is the Special Counsel at Kris Ahn Lawyers, with over 8 years of specialised experience in Australian immigration law. Since becoming an immigration lawyer in 2018, Tony has developed a deep understanding of immigration law, with particular expertise in General Skilled Migration, Migration Skills Assessments, Employer-Sponsored Work Visas, Family-Sponsored Visas, Student Visas, and complex, contentious matters such as unlawful non-citizens, visa cancellations, Public Interest Criterion 4020 (PIC 4020) issues, character-related visa refusals and cancellations, applications for a visa made while in immigration detention, and merits and judicial review of adverse decisions.
