Penny Price

Penny Price is a dedicated lawyer at KMJ Family Law, bringing an empathetic and informed approach to her practice. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) with a major in Social Justice from Macquarie University and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice before being admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in May 2023. Penny is a member of the Law Society of NSW and actively contributes to the field of family law, which she has been passionate about since her studies drew her towards its personal and impactful nature. Since beginning her career in 2018, Penny has gained valuable insights and experience working with both a not-for-profit organisation and a boutique family law firm. She joined KMJ Family Law in September 2022, collaborating closely with Katy Jenkins to provide clients with comprehensive and supportive legal assistance. Penny's approach is deeply influenced by her personal experiences, which include understanding the dynamics of a blended family and shared-care parenting, as she is a mother of six children ranging from 15 to 30 years of age. Her maturity and life experiences cultivate a profound awareness of cross-cultural issues, as well as the challenges associated with divorce, family violence, and addiction. She prioritises keeping her clients well-informed throughout their family law matters and is resolute in assisting individuals through family transitions with integrity and sensitivity.
