About Joseph

Joe Abberton serves as a Partner with extensive experience in insolvency and reconstruction. He primarily advises insolvency practitioners and financiers on the complexities of receiverships, liquidations, and administrations. Joe's expertise has been demonstrated through his involvement with significant cases, including Arrium Group, Forge Group, Citation Resources, and Centennial Mining Limited, among others. His clientele features prominent institutions such as Bank of Queensland, Westpac Banking Corporation, St.George Bank, ANZ, and HSBC.
