In his role at BuySecure, Richard has co-founded the first fully automated AI contract review tool in Australia, a groundbreaking service that simplifies the contract process for consumers and enhances service differentiation for brokers and buyers agents. His leadership at lawlab has driven the firm to become Australia’s foremost digital residential conveyancing law firm, effectively managing over $10 billion in conveyancing transactions and positioning it at the forefront of AI integration in legal services. Richard's entrepreneurial spirit is evident at Smartlaw, where as Managing Director and Solicitor, he leads a dedicated team aiding property buyers from initial advice through to settlement. His strategic vision also birthed Rundl, a secure digital platform revolutionising conveyancing delivery, noted for its expansive network that facilitates over 60,000 residential transaction discussions. Beyond his technological innovations, Richard serves as Chair of the NSW Farmers Water Taskforce, addressing critical issues impacting farmers across New South Wales.
