Tim Jones

Tim Jones is a seasoned Director with extensive experience in leading technology businesses and introducing innovative technologies and business models to market. His expertise spans across business strategy, innovation, start-ups, capital raisings, corporate governance, corporate and commercial law, and intellectual property transactions. Tim has played a pivotal role in commercial and legal transactions across Australia, the US, Canada, the EU, and Singapore. His career began at top-tier law firms, allowing him to seamlessly integrate his legal, technological, and strategic knowledge in his current advisory role with the Lawmee board. Throughout his career, Tim has held notable positions including CEO at hyprfire, Advisor to Ultra Power Systems, and Founder/Director of Mavuno Advisory. He previously served as General Manager at HealthEngine and ipernica limited, and was the Director at 360 Health + Community as well as CEO of AutumnCare. Additionally, Tim contributed to the legal community as the past President of LESANZ Inc. Although no longer practising, he was admitted as a lawyer in Western Australia in 1996 and gained valuable experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer with prestigious firms MinterEllison and Gilbert + Tobin. His legal acumen, particularly in capital raising, has been instrumental in guiding tech companies to market success.
