Since founding the firm in 2001, Mark has dedicated over two decades to offering comprehensive legal services, specifically focusing on business and asset acquisitions, shareholder and joint venture agreements, and corporate governance. Mark's career commenced with a partnership at a law firm in Adelaide, followed by a significant role as the general manager of a finance and investment company in Melbourne.
