Heath Connolly

Heath Connolly is a Senior Associate at Lee, Turnbull & Co Solicitors in Townsville, Queensland. He holds a Bachelor of Law with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce, and is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland as well as the High Court of Australia. Heath is also a nationally accredited mediator, reflecting his commitment to resolving disputes effectively. Heath began his legal career completing his Articles of Clerkship with Lee Turnbull & Co, and following his admission as a Solicitor in 2004, he continued with the firm. In recognition of his skills and dedication, he was appointed an Associate of the firm in July 2007. Heath is actively involved in the legal community through memberships in the Queensland Law Society, the North Queensland Law Association, and the Townsville District Law Association. His practice covers family law matters such as property settlements and children’s issues, commercial property including conveyancing and leasing, as well as wills, estate planning and administration. Additionally, Heath’s mediation accreditation enables him to assist clients in reaching resolutions outside court.
