Gary Lees

Gary Lees is a distinguished Senior Lawyer with extensive expertise in contesting estates and challenging wills, while also providing defence for estates facing challenges. His legal acumen extends to general client needs including conveyancing, land development, commercial leasing, and the sale or purchase of businesses. Additionally, he is proficient in handling matters related to estates, wills, and powers of attorney. Gary began his legal career in 1979, following his graduation with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales. Early in his career, he honed his skills at a medium-sized law firm for five years, followed by nine years as a partner at an established firm, where he accumulated a wealth of experience representing financial institutions, councils, and developers. In addition to his legal practice, Gary is deeply involved in the business community, having served as President of the Nowra Chamber of Commerce.
