Melanie Bromfield is the Founder and Director of Legal Arch, where she leads the firm’s family and divorce law services with over 15 years of legal industry experience. As Chief Executive Officer, Melanie is dedicated to upholding the firm’s commitment to delivering uncomplicated and supportive legal assistance tailored to the individual needs of clients. Her combination of legal expertise and business insight ensures that clients receive comprehensive and attentive service across all areas of the firm. Melanie’s practice focuses on family law, a field in which she has developed extensive experience through her work with various firms in New South Wales and Queensland. She has represented clients in a wide range of courts, including the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, as well as Magistrate, District, and Supreme Courts of Queensland. Following recent reforms in the family law court system, she actively represents clients in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Melanie is also committed to assisting clients with family and partner visa applications, recognising the profound impact successful outcomes have on their lives. Her approach to legal practice is marked by a deep understanding of the emotional and practical complexities clients face, combined with clear, professional advice and skilled representation. Outside of her legal career, Melanie has a strong interest in health, wellness, and animal welfare.
