Following this, she served as a Procurator Fiscal Depute, gaining valuable experience as a public prosecutor. In Australia, Gemma worked at esteemed firms including DLA Piper and Curwoods Lawyers, where she specialised in areas such as defendant insurance dispute resolution for public liability claims and dust diseases litigation. Gemma held senior positions at Salerno Law, Turnbull Mylne, and O'Reilly Workplace Law, consistently demonstrating her capability in civil litigation and dispute resolution. Since joining LegalVision, she has led the Disputes team with a focus on achieving commercial outcomes and providing practical advice for efficient dispute resolution.
