Jessica is well-versed in defending disputes before the Fair Work Commission, showcasing her comprehensive understanding of employment law intricacies. Before joining LegalVision, Jessica honed her skills at boutique employment law firms in Queensland and New South Wales. This experience was complemented by her in-house role at a global technology company, where she collaborated with HR business partners and advisors, further enriching her legal acumen. Jessica's journey in the legal field began at William Roberts Lawyers, where she immersed herself in commercial disputes, debt proceedings, and motor vehicle accident matters. Her responsibilities included drafting, legal research, and court document preparation, providing her with a robust foundation in commercial law. Jessica holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology, where she also completed her Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting) and Laws with Honours.
