

Victoria Lenton is the Director and Principal Lawyer at Lenton Migration Law, bringing over a decade of specialised experience in immigration law. Her career includes 13 years with the Department of Home Affairs, where she gained comprehensive insight into immigration processes, including more than six years stationed on diplomatic postings across South America and Africa. Victoria’s extensive background spans both the corporate and public sectors, equipping her with a broad understanding of the full range of immigration matters. Her technical expertise and practical experience enable her to deliver strategic advice and secure positive outcomes in complex immigration cases. Committed to social justice, Victoria dedicates part of her practice to pro bono work, assisting vulnerable groups such as children and people with disabilities. She is also a member of the Australian Law Council’s Migration Law Committee, contributing to the development of migration policy. In addition to her legal practice, Victoria is passionate about education and mentorship, regularly providing training to immigration lawyers and Registered Migration Agents to support professional development in the field.
