Aaron Kitson

Aaron Kitson is a founding director of Lewis Kitson Lawyers and has been practising as a lawyer since 2010. Before establishing his own firm, Aaron was a partner at Lewis Blyth & Hooper, where he honed his skills in a variety of legal areas. With a primary focus on wills and estates, probate and estate administration, estate litigation and dispute resolution, as well as guardianship and administration, Aaron has built a reputation for his expertise in these fields. He is also well-versed in commercial and property law. Aaron has represented clients in almost all courts and tribunals, frequently appearing in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, particularly in matters involving wills and estate disputes. His approach is both caring and compassionate, which allows him to effectively support his clients through often emotional and challenging times. In addition to his legal career, Aaron has also contributed to the community as a board member of the YMCA and through his corporate services role at KCGM.
