His academic journey includes a Bachelor and Master of Engineering in Electronics and Communication and a Master in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne. Milind's career transition from engineering to intellectual property law in 2010 led him to pivotal roles across renowned organisations. At Samsung Electronics, he spearheaded the global IP division, managing innovation programs and IP strategies. His tenure at BrainChip as the Global Head of Intellectual Property saw him shape AI-centric patent strategies and collaborate with executive leadership in IP-related disclosures. At Relectrify, Milind guided the IP strategy for advanced battery management innovations, ensuring robust patent protection for technological differentiators. His role at Griffith Hack involved managing complex patent portfolios for high-profile clients, delivering strategic patent services globally. As a Senior Research Associate at Evalueserve, Milind managed technical research projects across IT and semiconductors, honing his ability to deliver high-value analytical outputs.
