Lian Hall is the founder and Legal Director of Lian Hall Injury Law and has dedicated over two decades to practising personal injury and compensation law in Western Australia. Since relocating to Perth in 2001, Lian has adeptly represented clients in complex claims encompassing motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, public liability issues, and criminal injuries compensation. His career includes senior roles at prominent personal injury firms in Western Australia, where he successfully managed serious and high-value cases on behalf of injured individuals. Known for his practical and clear advice, Lian adopts a direct, hands-on approach to each matter, ensuring clients engage directly with their lawyer. This results in straightforward guidance on their options, risks, and potential outcomes. Lian's legal practice includes motor vehicle injury claims, workers' compensation claims, workplace accident and injury claims, public liability claims, and criminal injuries compensation. Lian's previous roles include serving as Special Counsel at LHD Lawyers and as a Solicitor at firms such as Percy Kakulas Gleeson and Kakulas Legal. His extensive experience also includes time with Shine Lawyers and Bradford & Co, highlighting a robust legal foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, underscoring his commitment to legal excellence.
