About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Fairon is the Legal Practice Director at Life Law Solutions, bringing extensive experience since beginning her legal career in 2005. She has dedicated her practice to assisting clients in family law, estate planning, and estate administration. Elizabeth’s approach focuses on resolving family law matters efficiently and pragmatically, minimising stress and expense for her clients. In estate planning, she works closely with clients to prepare wills and enduring powers of attorney, ensuring their wishes are clearly documented for the future. She also supports families during estate administration, guiding them through the process in accordance with the will and managing claims where necessary. Her longstanding experience includes representing clients in court when required, though she prioritises out-of-court resolutions wherever possible to reduce complexity and cost. Currently, Elizabeth places significant emphasis on her role as an independent children’s lawyer appointed by the court to assist in complex parenting matters, providing balanced and informed representation. Elizabeth strongly believes that education empowers clients to make informed decisions about their legal issues. She regularly updates her team’s knowledge with the latest training to offer comprehensive support across family law, property, and estate matters. To further support clients, Elizabeth authored the accessible and practical family law guide, Trust yourself: How empowered decision making will assist you to resolve your family law matter. She has also developed the weekly reflection journal 52 Weeks, 365 Opportunities, designed to encourage thoughtful personal reflection and planning. Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law) from the College of Law. Elizabeth is a Registered Trusts & Estates Practitioner (TEP) and has been recognised as a finalist for Corporate Business Woman of the Year by the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network. Elizabeth is actively involved in professional associations including the Queensland Law Society, Family Law Practitioners Association of Queensland, Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners, Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network, Southside Chamber of Commerce, and the Queensland Association of Collaborative Practitioners. Clients seeking experienced and compassionate legal guidance in family law or estate matters are welcome to contact Elizabeth through Life Law Solutions’ Brisbane or Sunshine Coast offices.
